The Lower North Island region is made up for Scout groups from Gisborne accross to New Plymouth down to Wellington
Scouting is open to Boys and Girls from year 2 to year 13 (Approximately 6 - 18 yrs)
Any person that is older than that is welcome to join Scouting as a Adult Leader or a Rover (18 - 26 Year Olds)
Scouting Program is based around the following:

- Personal Development
- New Experienes
The Scouting programme is based around a National Office programme
